Hi, I'm Jerika! As the proud owner of Square ONE and the stylist behind @jerloveshair, I want to welcome you to our space. With almost 20 years of experience in the hair industry, I love growing my knowledge each year. I'm currently as student of trichology and specialize in styling fine and thinning hair. My specialty is non surgical hair replacement including hair extensions, wigs, and toppers.
When I'm not in the salon, I enjoy spending time with my two kiddos, hiking, gardening , and binging on reality tv. I love bumping into my clients when I'm out eating, or at breweries with my husband. I love our community and the friendships we've made here.

I've been doing hair professionally since 2009 and have learned from many different educators to be where I am now.
Working in Madison WI where I got my start to now having been in beautiful Asheville since 2019.
My focus is low maintenance hair styles that can get you through your day to day without much effort. Some of my favourite services are creating personalized blonding that will age well between appointments.

Daniel Dorazio — Stylist at Square One Salon
Daniel brings a fresh energy and genuine warmth to Square One Salon, where every appointment is about connection, comfort, and great hair. Known for his precision haircuts and signature blowouts, Daniel approaches each service with an eye for detail and a love of craftsmanship. Color services are available upon request, always customized to complement each client’s unique style. His chair is a safe, relaxed space where conversation flows easily and clients feel cared for and understood.​
Daniel first attended beauty school in 2012, but his creative path has taken him coast to coast before settling in Asheville, NC. Along the way, he’s built a diverse background spanning food service, the mental health and rehabilitation field, and artistry as a makeup artist for Tarte Cosmetics. Those experiences have shaped his empathy, patience, and eye for beauty in all its forms. Over the past two years, Daniel has returned to his roots behind the chair—rediscovering a true passion for the craft of cutting and the connection it brings.
Blending technical precision with creativity, Daniel brings a subtle barbering flair to his work—offering clean, confident cuts with a softer, more fluid touch. His approach reimagines traditionally masculine styling in a way that feels inclusive, approachable, and uniquely his own.
Outside of the salon, Daniel enjoys quiet moments and simple joys—spending time with his two dogs, tending to his growing collection of plants, cooking, and unwinding with a good dose of reality TV. A proud Philadelphia native, he carries the heart and humor of his hometown wherever he goes, crediting it for much of his drive, character, and love of people.
